Refund and Guarantees

If you’re dissatisfied with an item and it is unworn, we will fix it. Our goal is to make you happy. We’ll give you a refund, or you can exchange it for something else, whichever you prefer. All sales are final after 15 days from purchase. You can’t buy an outfit with the intent of wearing it for an event and then ask for a refund. That’s not a nice thing to do. We’re nice people here.

Purchaser must call (843) 380-1554 for a refund authorization code. Packages without this code written on the box will be refused delivery. Please remember to put an instructions note in the return box so we will know what to do with it once it arrives here. (Returns will have a 15% restocking fee to cover our expense.)

Garments offered at auction and on sale do not fall under the refund policy as are “as is” sales. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
